Avian influenza (bird flu) is a notifiable animal disease. If you suspect any type of avian influenza in poultry or captive birds you must report it immediately by calling the Defra Rural Services Helpline on 03000 200 301. In Wales, contact 0300 303 8268. In Scotland, contact your local Field Services Office. Failure to do so is an offence.

How do you get all of the animals in at night?

The animals naturally go back in at night when the light fades

How big is the farm?

The farm is 70 acres. With 6 Fields names The Banks, Franklin, Merritt, Hawkins, Butler and Hams fields

Can people volunteer or visit the farm?

Yes but by appointment only as we have young people and vulnerable groups in.
